Write — and earn from your work. On ProtoPlex an author's income comes from several sources.
Ways to earn#
- Paid subscriptions to your blog. Create subscription tiers at different prices and lock part of your articles for subscribers. Readers pay monthly.
- Paid articles. Set a price for an individual article — readers can buy it once. The beginning stays public; a paywall marker shows where the paid part starts.
- Donations. Readers can support an author with any amount — for a specific article or for the blog.
- Plus partner program. Half of Plus subscription revenue is split every month between authors in proportion to the time Plus members spend reading your "Plus" articles.
Platform commission#
A commission is withheld from every payment and depends on your plan:

Payouts#
- Earnings first show up as "pending" and become available after 7 days (a hold to cover refunds).
- You can withdraw from 1,000 RUB or $20 — request a payout in the Earnings section of the studio.
- We process requests manually and notify you by notification and email. You can also spend your balance inside the platform on subscriptions and promotion.
What helps you grow#
- Imports from Telematic, RSS and Telegram — publish where it is convenient and ProtoPlex builds the audience.
- The Pro plan: advanced analytics, AI translation and assistance, scheduled publishing, API access, a verified badge and a lower commission.
- Article promotion: paid placements in feeds and at the top of a topic.
