These terms govern your use of the ProtoPlex platform (the "Platform") and form an agreement between the Platform operator and you.
1. Account#
Registration is required to publish and to pay. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your account secure. One person, one account; handing an account to third parties is not allowed.
2. Your content#
You keep the copyright in your materials. By publishing, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, perpetual license to store, display, translate, recommend and promote your materials on the Platform and in connected channels (newsletters, social media, RSS) as part of operating the service. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that your content follows the Community rules.
3. Paid features and payments#
The Platform offers paid plans, subscriptions to authors, paid articles, donations and promotion. Prices and terms are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect from the next period. Refunds follow applicable law and payment provider rules. Author payouts are made after a hold period (7 days) and once the minimum amount is reached; the Platform keeps the commission listed on the "Authors program" page.
4. Restrictions#
You must not break the law or the Community rules, circumvent Platform limits, disrupt the service, scrape data automatically without permission, or impersonate others.
5. Moderation and bans#
We may remove content, restrict features or ban accounts that violate these terms or the Community rules. We notify you of the decision with a reason where possible.
6. Liability#
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for opinions of authors and commenters, but we remove illegal content upon a complaint. The operator's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes and contact#
We may update these terms; significant changes are announced in advance. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect you accept the new version. For questions, use the contacts at the bottom of the page.
